Home based games create great opportunities for fans to become a key part in the success of the Rampage by volunteering in one of many game day operations positions. Some of the opportunities are as follows:
- Penalty Box Attendants - it's a chance to get really close to the action with as little effort as opening and closing a door.
- Scorekeeping - the Rampage has a regular scorekeeper but needs an alternate in the event of an emergency. The scorekeeper will be trained in the online "Time to Score" program which is extremely user friendly.
- Timekeeping - again the Rampage has a regular timekeeper but needs an alternate for games he may not be able to attend. Volunteers will be trained to use the time clock.
- Stick Boys - these volunteers will fill water bottles, set up pucks for warm-up, bring sticks and other items to the bench, move the nets in between periods, and perform other on-ice duties. Volunteers for this position must be at least 15 years of age.
- Admissions/Tickets - These volunteers will be stationed at the entry and will swipe season ticket cards, take pre-purchased tickets, and sell tickets at the door.
- Merchandise Sales - These volunteers will assist the merchandise director in the setup and breakdown of the merchandise area as well as assisting her in the nightly sales.
- Security - off duty police officers, security guards or other security personnel are needed for each game.
- Door Monitors - monitors are needed to check hand stamps or Rampage all access passes in a couple of areas within the rink.
- Bucket Brigade - the funnest of the volunteer opportunities is serving as a member of the Rampage Bucket Brigade. Those enthusiastic fans are provided a bucket and drum stick to add to the excitement of the game by encouraging loud fan support. While the bucket brigade leaders will rally the support of fans of all ages, those being provided the buckets must be at least 15 years of age.
- Camera Operator - each game is broadcast live on the internet and archived in order to market our players to higher levels. An experienced video camera operator is needed to film every home game.
